About Dr. Streff
Dr. Streff’s journey into oral surgery began with a desire to become a doctor. In a twist of fate, he decided to pursue dentistry after shadowing a dentist, allowing him to develop an appreciation for the artistry and personal interactions present in dentistry. Once he discovered oral surgery—the perfect blend of medicine and dentistry—his career trajectory changed course.
Growing up near Madison, Dr. Streff felt a deep connection to the area and knew he wanted to serve his hometown community. After exploring various offices, he was drawn to Madison Oral Surgery & Dental Implants for its commitment to cutting-edge technology and comprehensive oral surgery care. Driven by a desire to offer patients the highest quality of care, he sought a practice that could address a full spectrum of surgical needs, including corrective jaw surgery.
For Dr. Streff, the most fulfilling part of his work lies in helping patients find comfort and confidence through oral surgery. Whether it's alleviating pain or rebuilding smiles, he finds joy in making a positive impact on his patients' lives. His ultimate goal is to provide the highest level of oral surgery care while making every patient feel like a valued member of the family.
Education & Residency
Dr. Streff earned his bachelor of science in biomedical sciences from Marquette University in 2008. He enrolled at the university’s school of dentistry, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Science degree in 2012. Choosing to enhance his medical knowledge, he attended the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine to earn his medical degree before completing his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Mayo Clinic.

Outside the Office
When he’s not at the office, Dr. Streff enjoys spending time with his family, particularly exploring the great outdoors. He is an avid golfer and very athletic, having completed multiple triathlons and half marathons.
