Matthew D. Reiland, DDS, MD

Born and raised in Durand, WI, Dr. Reiland discovered his passion for oral surgery through his father's dental practice. As an undergraduate student, he spent his summer and winter breaks at an oral surgery practice, igniting his interest in the complexities of oral surgery.

After completing his residency at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Reiland joined Madison Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Dental Implant Centers (MOSDI) in 2019. At MOSDI, he found a unique model that fosters collaboration among seven surgeons, allowing for comprehensive patient care. For Dr. Reiland, the most rewarding aspect of his career lies in the immediate impact he can make on his patients' lives. Restoring smiles and function not only improves their quality of life but also brings him immense satisfaction.

While his work may seem routine to him, Dr. Reiland recognizes that each patient's experience is unique. With a light-hearted yet professional approach, he aims to ease their anxieties and provide compassionate care every step of the way. As an oral surgeon, he takes pride in his ability to transform patients' lives while making them feel like family.
