About Dr. Ebben
Originally from Aurora, IL, Dr. Ebben began his journey into the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery when he saw the profound impact it has on patients' lives. His journey began after a work-related injury revealed the transformative power of oral surgery firsthand. After his residency, Dr. Ebben found a community of like-minded surgeons dedicated to mastering the skills and staying at the forefront of patient care—he found that at MOSDI and felt an immediate connection to the practice. Since 2023, Dr. Ebben has been dedicated to delivering patient-centered care to alleviate pain, restore confidence, and restore health.
Dr. Ebben takes pride in guiding patients through what can seem like daunting procedures, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way. His approach emphasizes personalized care, understanding each patient's unique needs to devise the most suitable treatment plan. Together with a dedicated team, he creates a welcoming environment where patients feel like family, often hearing remarks like, "That was so much easier than I expected."
Education & Residency
In 2016, Dr. Ebben earned his bachelor of science degree in biomedical sciences from Marquette University. He continued his education at the university’s school of dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Science degree in 2019. He moved to Illinois to attend the University of Illinois–Chicago where he completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery in 2023.

Outside the Office
Outside of the office, Dr. Ebben enjoys spending time with his wife and their various furry friends. He can be found road biking on local trails, wandering around nearby state parks, and skiing. But please, don’t ask him to golf.
